Diagnosed at the age of six with the terminal disease Duschenne Muscular Dystrophy, Matt's life has been a progressive series of battles to accommodate his deteriorating body while stretching his active, growing mind. Raised by his single mom and supported by a network of family and friends, Matt's story addresses issues of:

  • Mental and emotional toll when a child is diagnosed with a serious illness
